Our adjudicators are paid directly by the competition at the agreed-upon rate. What you’re offered is what you receive. -
We don’t guarantee bookings.
That said, we actively advocate for our roster and work hard to match the right judges with the right events. Being on the Prism roster means you’re in the room for opportunities that align with your strengths. -
Every adjudicator who applies is thoughtfully reviewed and added to our system, with strengths, vibe and specialties clearly noted.

No. Prism is not a certification program.
We are a staffing and placement service that connects competitions with pre-screened, high-level adjudicators. -
We partner with competitions to staff their judging panels, so directors can stay focused on delivering an incredible event.
We handle the vetting, outreach, and booking process on their behalf. From there, depending on the event, either the competition team takes over logistics and communication, or we continue managing everything through to completion.

Yes.
You’re free to book work independently. We just ask for transparency so we can avoid conflicts and support your schedule in the best way possible.If you’re booked at a Prism-partnered event, future bookings with that specific competition will continue to be coordinated through Prism.
