I have been adjudicating & judging for over 10 years, and I also work as a full time dance teacher. While I absolutely love adjudicating it does take me away from my students from time to time. Working with Prism Dance Adjudicators, I know the event will be worth it. With the Prism promise I know I’ll be respected, treated well and will receive all information that I need to support the performers and the event to my best ability. I loved my experience working with Prism! Prism provided organized programming, clear communication, and more importantly, they advocate for fair working conditions. PDA use their experiences first hand to ensure that all adjudicators are not only fairly compensated daily, but especially in the event that unforeseeable circumstances arise including extended schedules, and cancelled events.
